Prospector’s Pizzeria & Alehouse

Our pizzas are baked in a brick oven at over 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Our dough is made daily from four core ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast. The unique process of proofing the dough creates key complexities of our crust, producing a crisp, crackly, and chewy finish.
